Haggllo LLC (“Haggllo,” “we,” “us”) is an Illinois limited liability company. This policy explains what we collect on haggllo.com, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
What you give us. When you join early access, we collect your email address, ZIP code, whether you are a customer or a pro, and the job or trade you select.
What we collect automatically. Our hosting provider records basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. If we add website analytics, we will update this policy. The page loads its font from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is sent to Google when the page loads.
How we use it
- To contact you about early access and when Haggllo launches near you.
- To decide which areas and job types to launch in first.
- To understand how the site is used, keep it secure, and fix problems.
- To answer your questions and meet legal obligations.
Emails
We will only email you about Haggllo. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying “unsubscribe” or writing to us at the address below, and we will stop.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Haggllo, such as our database provider (Supabase), our hosting provider (Netlify), and, in the future, an email provider. They may use it only to provide their services to us. We may also share information when the law requires it, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business. If you reach us through an ad, such as on Nextdoor, that platform’s own privacy policy applies to what it collects.
How long we keep it
We keep your information until you ask us to delete it, or for as long as we need it for the purposes above.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including restricting who can read the signup list. No online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Haggllo is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date above.
