Terms of Use

Effective October 28, 2026

These Terms of Use apply to haggllo.com (the “Site”), which is operated by Haggllo LLC (“Haggllo,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site or joining early access, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What Haggllo is today

Haggllo is planning an online service where customers can post a job and local professionals can bid for it. The Site currently offers an early-access waitlist only. We have not launched, we do not promise a launch date or any particular launch area, and joining the list does not guarantee access to anything.

Examples are not offers

Prices, bids, and savings shown on the Site are examples for illustration. They are not real offers or quotes from any professional, and they are not a promise of what you will pay or earn.

Who may use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old. Please give accurate information when you join.

When the service launches

When we launch the marketplace, additional terms will apply, and we will ask you to accept them before you use it. The sections below are intended to apply to the marketplace from the start.

Haggllo is a platform, not a contractor

Haggllo is a technology platform that helps customers and independent professionals find each other. Haggllo is not a contractor, employer, agent, or insurer of any professional, and does not perform, supervise, direct, or inspect any service. Professionals are independent businesses, not employees or agents of Haggllo. Any agreement for services is solely between the customer and the professional.

Hiring decisions are yours

Whether to hire a professional, and on what terms, is your decision. Haggllo does not guarantee the quality, safety, timeliness, legality, or price of any service. Haggllo does not guarantee that any professional is licensed, insured, bonded, background-checked, or qualified, except where we expressly state that we verified a specific item, and then only as of the date we checked it. Customers are responsible for confirming credentials, permits, scope, price, and insurance before work begins. Professionals are responsible for holding any licenses, permits, and insurance their work requires and for following all applicable laws.

Disputes between users

Haggllo is not a party to agreements between customers and professionals. To the fullest extent the law allows, Haggllo is not responsible for the acts, omissions, work, conduct, or payment obligations of any customer or professional, including property damage, personal injury, incomplete or defective work, or disputes. You agree to resolve disputes directly with the other party. We may, but are not required to, help.

Release and indemnity

To the fullest extent the law allows, you release Haggllo LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, and losses arising from your dealings with any other user or from any service performed through the platform. You agree to defend and indemnify Haggllo LLC against claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, that arise from your use of the Site or platform, your breach of these terms, or your dealings with other users, except to the extent caused by our own fraud or willful misconduct.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Site to break the law, submit false or someone else’s information, interfere with its operation, attempt to access data you are not allowed to access, or send spam or automated signups.

Ownership

The Site, the Haggllo name and logo, and its content belong to Haggllo LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including any warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Haggllo LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to $100. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Some places do not allow certain limits, so these may not apply to you in full.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its date, applies from that date. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
